Established in Bhadla Village of Jodhpur District in Rajasthan, Bhadla III Solar Park is one of the biggest Solar Parks in India with Plug-n-play facility. The project has been developed with 30% financial assistance from the Central Government and is operating with facilities and amenities since March, 2018.

Project Details

Electrical Infrastructure

  • Two 500 MW pooling substations, each with a voltage load of 33/220 kv
    • 500 MW pooling substation at LHS: Distributed in Rajasthan via 400/220 kv RVPN substation
    • 500 MW pooling substation at RHS: Transmitted to a 765/400/220 kv Power Grid substation in Uttar Pradesh for distribution
  • There are 21 km long Transmission Lines from the solar park that lead to nearby RVPNL & PGCIL substations
  • Inside the solar park there are 20 km long Cable Trays to flow the power from each plot to substation
  • Approximately 2500 periphery lights have been installed around the solar park

Civil Infrastructure

  • 78 km long Granular Sub Base road and 8 km long Bitumen Road inside and outside the park, named Saurya Shakti Marg
  • 20 guest rooms with top-of-the-line amenities, including a dining hall and training centre
  • 1500 sq mtrs land landscaped to look green and beautiful
